For the development of faculty members, the Institute encourages and provides necessary facilities for pursuing advanced studies and conducting
research. For the newly recruited faculty, the Institute provides in house induction training. Besides, for the existing faculty, one-week refresher training is organized every year. Adequate training is also given to the new as well as existing lab staff.
